Tuition Assistance Application: Youth & Adult

Tuition Assistance Programs at the Cascade Community School of Music is an important part of our mission of accessibility for all earnest students. Businesses, organizations and individuals have entrusted CCSM with funds to make this possible, and we are proud to offer it to you. Please consider carefully the amount of your request. Funds are limited. We expect exemplary effort and behavior on the part of student recipients.

Initial requests are granted on an as-needed basis: we ask that you determine how much assistance you need. Subsequent requests use the student's effort and contribution to the class as a criterion for our decision. Your teacher's approval is required for continued assistance.

Please complete the application and return it to the school as soon as possible. Maximum grant amount is $40 less than the total price of the class; for example, if the class tuition is $115, the maximum amount granted will be $75. Please enclose the balance of the tuition with this application.

APPLICATIONS WITHOUT (PARTIAL) PAYMENT WILL NOT BE PROCESSED.

Our tuition assistance funds come from the generosity of local individuals, businesses and organizations. All recipients will be asked to complete a short note of thanks to the sponsor upon completion of the class.
Some providers require additional information for internal tracking purposes, and recipients will be required to provide this information. Recipients will receive written notification of the award and the name of their sponsor.
