Attorney Christian Malone of the firm Schmidt Malone has been elected to the Cascade School of Music Board of Directors.
Christian picked up the guitar in high school and has enjoyed the pursuit to grow from mere player to musician ever since. He enjoys
all types of music, but is especially fond of electric blues and old school rock
'n' roll. These days, however, much of his listening consists of seemingly
limitless refrains of "Wheels on the Bus" and "Old MacDonald Had a Farm," thanks
to his toddler son's main musical interests. Christian moved to Bend in
2008 for its quality of life and outdoor recreational amenities. In

mountain bike the local trails. Christian obtained his law degree from
Willamette University and focuses his local practice on civil and criminal
